How to get your Certificate?

Certificate Process


Certificate / Diploma will be awarded by Head office of IACT, New Delhi (Institute For Advanced Computer Technology), only after the successful completion of the course and exam, which will be valid all over India as per norms and rules laid down by Govt. of NCT of Delhi.


The minimum qualifying marks

Course Semester Examination
Diploma Course 40%
Certificate Course 50%
Professional 50%

Percentage Grade
> = 75% A+
> = 60% to < 75% A
> = 50% to < 60% B
> = 40% to < 50% C
After qualifying all the exams, the student will be award with grades as per their percentage of marks obtained.

Re Examination

A students who has score less than 50% marks can re-appear in the qualifying exam next semester or may within a year from his previous exam. However, the student has to pay an amount of Rs 150/- for all modules. Students failing to appear in the re examination within the specific period, shall not be entitled for the certificate or for further re-examination. Such a student has to go through the complete registration procedure to get re-admission.

Transfer of Centre

In case of any circumstances if a student, willing to apply for transfer from one centre to any of the HANSVAHINI authorized training centre has to send an application form along with the place request. The application has to be sent to the Head Office duly forwarded by the centre director (for the transfer form, contact your centre director). The transfer request has been accepted as per seat available at requested centre only along with the HANSVAHINI HO confirmation.

Course Up gradation

A student enrolled for any course is entitled for an up gradation to any other course along with the filled course change form. For this, he/she has to fill a Course Change form which is available at his/her centre with clearly mentioning his/her previous details (Registration No., Course) and also the course they are interested for. In that case, a student is required to submit the form at their branch only after that the form will be forward to HO by centre director. For course up gradation Rs. 150/- will be charge extra as processing charge.
